CBL教学模式在神经内科临床教学中的应用价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探究神经内科临床教学中应用CBL教学模式的价值。方法:选取本院神经内科学生100例作为本次研究对象,均接受神经内科临床教学,分为两组,对照组接受传统方法教学,观察组则接受CBL教学模式教学。结果:观察组实践考核成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在激发学习兴趣、培养临床思维、提高自学能力、培养问题解决能力、提高学习主动性和积极性等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经内科临床教学中应用CBL教学模式,能够促进学生学习主动性以及积极性的增加,提高其自主学习能力。 Objective:To explore the value of CBL teaching model in clinical teaching of neurology.Methods:Select 100 cases of neurology students as the research object,its all accept the clinical teaching of neurology,divided into 2 groups,control group received traditional teaching methods,the experimental group received CBL teaching mode.Results:The test results were significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group(P <0.05)in stimulating learning interest,cultivating clinical thinking,improving self-study ability,cultivating problem solving ability,and improving learning initiative and enthusiasm.Conclusion:CBL teaching mode in the clinical teaching of neurology can promote students' learning initiative and motivation,and improve their autonomous learning ability.
