摘要
目的:研究糖尿病临床教育路径在胰岛素自行注射中的应用效果。方法:采用随机分组的方式将2016年6月至2017年6月到本院首次接受胰岛素注射治疗的400例2型糖尿病患者分为两组,每组200例,给予对照组常规教育方法,给予观察组糖尿病临床教育路径。结果:教育前,两组患者的相关知识评分与注射技能评分无显著差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教育后,观察组的相关知识评分、注射技能评分与对照组相比显著较高,观察组半年后出现注射皮肤增生、硬结的概率与对照组相比显著较低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对糖尿病患者给予糖尿病临床教育路径,能够让患者充分掌握胰岛素自行注射的相关知识与技能水平,保证安全注射胰岛素,降低注射皮肤增生、硬结的概率。
