64例妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病治疗的临床研究

Clinical study of 64 cases of vaginal candidiasis during pregnancy

目的:对妊娠期感染外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的女性患者进行临床治疗和效果分析。方法:选择2014年1月至2017年1月来本院治疗的64例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌的妊娠期患者,并随机分为观察组和对照组,各组32例,其中观察组采用盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊,对照组采用盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片治疗,治疗12d后,观察两组患者外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的治疗效果。结果:A观察组总有效率为96.81%,对照组总有效率87.35%,两组患者总有效率差异值具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者体征及各项症状消失时间明显低于对照组,差异值具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:A妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者,现给予丁克后2h再给予延华的联合治疗,临床效果更佳明显,并且不易复发。

Conclusion： The A pregnancy in patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis, hereby give DINK 2h after treated with the combination therapy of Yan Hua, a better clinical effect is obvious, and no recurrence.
