摘要
目的:探讨激励理论在产科降低会阴侧切持续质量改进中应用效果。方法:2015年9月至2016年10月,本院产科将激励理论应用到工作中,对降低会阴侧切进行持续质量控制;回顾性分析2014年10月至2015年9月阴道分娩产妇分娩情况,比较两个阶段阴道分娩产妇会阴完整情况、会阴伤口感染率、新生儿情况;结果:两组产妇会阴侧切率有显著差异,P<0.01,两组产妇会阴三度裂伤、伤口感染、新生儿窒息、头颅血肿、锁骨骨折无差异(P>0.05)。结论:控制会阴侧切率应采用科学的管理方法,激励理论有效调动了产科助产士的工作积极性,可显著降低会阴侧切率。
Objective:To explore the effects of Incentive theory in reducing episiotomy rate during continual quality improvement in obstetrics. Methods: From September 2015 to October 2016,the incentive theory was applied to work in Obstetrics and continuous quality control followed to reduce episiotomy rate. According to the clinical data of the pregnant women under-going episiotomy for delivery via vagina between October 2014 and September 2015 ,the two stages were compared in patients with perineum integrity, the rate of perineal wound infection and the neonatal condition Results: There was a significant difference in episiotomy rate between the two groups(P 〈 0. 01), however, there was no real distinction in third-degree perineal lac-eration, wound infection, neonatal asphyxia, head hematoma and clavicle fracture (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions:To control the rate of episiotomy, a scientific management method should be adopted, and the incentive theory can effectively arouse the enthusi-asm of obstetric midwives and significantly reduce the rate of episiotomy.
