互动达标理论运用于双相情感障碍病人护理112例分析

Application of Interaction Criteria in 112 Patients with Bipolar Disorder

目的:对112例双相情感障碍患者给予互动达标护理后效果进行研讨。方法:随机将在本院进行住院医治的112例双相情感障碍患者分为两组,对照组:患者给予常规护理,观察组:患者在常规护理的基础上给予互动达标护理,将两组护理结果进行对比分析。结果:患者经护理后,观察组患者的各项生命质量评分、满意度高于对照组患者,对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对双相情感障碍患者除常规护理外,互动达标护理效果更好,在临床护理中有显著作用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of interactive standard nursing care on 112 patients with bipolar disorder. Methods： One hundred and twelve patients with bipolar disorder who were hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group： the patients were given routine nursing care. The observation group： The patients were given interactive nursing care based on routine nursing care. Results： After the patients were treated, the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： In addition to routine nursing care for patients with bipolar disorder, interactive standard nursing is better and has a significant effect in clinical nursing.
