大数据背景下,中国的反恐情报机制在组织体系、共享机制、专业反恐数据库建设、专业信息收集和数据处理等方面还存在不足,应借鉴英美等国外先进经验,重视情报工作在反恐工作的作用,健全反恐法制体系,树立先进的情报反恐观念,完善中国反恐情报机构建立、制度构建,以及反恐情报信息系统和人才培养机制,构建全民反恐信息共享机制。

Under big data background, anti-terrorism intelligence mechanism is still deficient in organizational system, sharing mechanism, professional counter-terrorism database construction, professional information collection and data processing. Advanced experiences of countries like Britain and USA should be used for reference, and attention should be paid to the role of intelligence in anti-terrorism, development of a sound legal system for anti-terrorism and intelligence-based anti-terrorism concept, improvement of anti-terrorism intelligence agencies and system construction, anti-terrorism intelligence system talents cultivation mechanism and construction of information sharing mechanism nation-wide anti-terrorism.
