摘要
基于马钢70t转炉炼钢系统优质高碳硬线钢生产数据,分析了铁水预处理和转炉冶炼对硫含量的控制。结果表明:依据原辅料条件,控制入炉铁水S≤0.005%,入炉总硫量≤12.47 kg,转炉终渣碱度3.5-4.0,终渣Fe O<20%,转炉终点温度1630℃-1650℃,转炉终点平均硫含量为0.012%。钢中硫含量得到很好的控制,满足产品要求,并实现了稳定生产。
Based on production date of quality medium and high carbon wire rofor the steelmaking of 70tLD in Masteel,Analyzes the sulfur content in hot metal pretreatverter smelting. The result shows that it ensured the average endsulfur content of 0. 012% with using ≤0. 005% deepdesulfurization hot metal, controlling the total amount of sulfur ≤12. 47Kg, end slag basicity 3.5 -3.8,FeO 〈 20%, endpoint temperature at 1630 - 1650 ℃ ,and that sulfur in liquid steel is effectively controlled and realizing stable production.
