导热油炉是工业生产中广泛使用的加热设备,在国内苯加氢生产中有广泛的应用。导热油炉是马钢苯加氢萃取蒸馏单元的重要供热系统,一旦发生故障将严重影响三苯产品的质量。如果停炉时间过长,将导致苯加氢系统全面停车的严重后果。主要介绍了导热油炉在使用过程中发生的故障及故障原因,避免同类故障的发生。

The heat conduction oil furnace is widely used in the industrial equipment,in the domestic benzene hydrogen production has a wide range of applications. The heattransfer oil furnace is an important heating system for the distillation of benzene distillation unit ,once the thermal oil furnace failure will seriously affect the quality of benzene products. If the shutdown time is too long,will lead to benzene hydrogenation unit full stop serious consequences. This paper mainly introduces the failure and the cause of the failure of the oil conducting oil so as to avoid the occurrence of the same kind of fault.
