摘要
职工培训教育作为企业人力资源管理开发的一个重要内容,对于企业树立"以人为本"管理的思想,实施"人才战略"发展,提高员工的素质,发挥员工的潜能,提升企业的竞争力有着重要的作用。为了做好矿山企业职工培训教育工作,本文从矿山行业发展的大背景切入,从企业职工培训教育工作的重要意义、存在的主要问题两个层面,就如何做好矿山企业职工培训教育工作做了几点思考,并探讨了做好企业职工培训教育工作的措施。
Staff training is important content of the enterprise h u m a n resources development andcapacity building. It is very important to build the idea of u putting people first” strategy and improve staffs s quality, and can b e c o m e the core competency of an enterprse. The paper attempts to caay out a preliminar discussion of the staff training in m ine ebackground of the mining industry development tendency, from two aspects: the significance and that the main problem of the staff training, and m a k e s o m e suggestions on the staff trprse.
