摘要
为了支撑人力资源优化,马钢集团人力资源部采取过程的方法,着力推进大工种区域化作业,通过提升劳动组织效率改善现场员工数量配置,提高了效率,经过一年的实践,取得了积极的效果。
To support the optimization of h u m a n resource, Human Resource Department of M a g a n g (Group) Holding Company, Ltd. adopts the process method and focus on promoting regionalizedopreation for main jobs. The efficiency has been increased as w e improved the allocation of the n u m b e r of personnel on site through uplifting labour organization efficiency. W e have obtained positive result through one year’s practice.
