结合马钢四钢轧连铸分厂实际生产情况,总结了推行标准化作业过程中的经验,通过开展自下而上的制定标准化作业文件、形式多样的标准化作业培训、自上而下的严格执行标准化作业等工作,培养了作业者标准化作业意识,提高了标准化作业能力,形成了一种优化的标准化作业管理模式,逐步达到优质高效的作业效果。

According the production process of MaSteel N o. 4 plant , the experiences in the process of implementation of standardized work w a s summarized , and through start with from bottom u p setsstandardized work files , held a variety of standardized work training , strict implementation of standard-ized work. Train operators work standardization consciousness , improve the standardized work capabili-ty ,but also shaped a new standardized work m a n a g e m e n t m o d e , achieving high quantity and efficiency work effectiveness.
