摘要
船舶岸电稳压技术是指允许装有特殊设备的船舶在泊位期间接入码头陆地侧的电网,从岸上电源获得其设施运行所需的电力,关闭自身的柴油发电机,从而减少废气的排放,消徐自备发电机组运行产生的噪音污染。本文针对目前已投入运行的大功率负载条件下的非变频岸基电源系统在高压变频控制方面的不足,研究设计一套岸基高压变频电源系统,综合运用VF分离控制、三相独立控制以及同步并网技术,解决了船舶岸电系统的压频分离控制、稳定电压输出质量等问题,实现对高压大功率船舶负载安全稳定的供电。
Marine shore power steady voltage technology refers to the power grid which allows the ships equipped with special equipment to access the land side of the wharf during the process of berthing themselves.This system obtains electric power gaining from a shore-based power source to keep running and shut down its diesel generator to reduce exhaust emissions and to eliminate noise pollution.There are some shortages in the high voltage variable frequency controlling of the non-frequency conversion shorebased power supply system which has been put into operation with high power load to overcome these shortages,we designed a set of shore-based high voltage frequency conversion electrical power generating system. By integrate application of VF separation control, three phase independent control and synchronous grid-connected technology,this system solves several problems in,e. g.,the VF separation control of marine shore power system and the quality of steady output voltage,thus realizes the safe and steady power supply of high voltage and high power marine load.
