摘要
随着物联网相关技术的普及,基于物联网和信息物理系统的智慧工厂迅速发展。提出一种室内基于高职实训的智慧工厂平台:学生通过设施、制造材料和工厂控制系统进行有目标的学习。该平台通过支持可穿戴设备、机器标签和锚节点收集学生作业信息。所提出的平台使设备数据可采,设备状态可视,实际教学情况可视。
With the popularity of IOT( internet of things) related technology,smart factory based on IOT and the cyber physical system develops rapidly. This paper presents an smart factory platform based on vocational training: students conduct targeted learning through facilities,manufacturing materials and plant control systems. The platform collects students' operation information through supporting wearable equipment,machine labels and anchor nodes. This platform makes the equipment data available,the equipment status and the actual teaching situation visible.
