结合某高速公路黄河大桥施工安全应急管理经验,介绍了施工中面临冬季黄河凌汛所采取的防范措施,从而有效建立安全应急管理机制,进一步提高了安全应急管理水平,切实保障了桥梁建设和人民群众生命财产安全。

Combining with the safety emergency management experience of a highway Yellow River bridge construction, this paper introduced the taken prevention measures in winter Yellow River ice flood construction, in order to effectively establish safety emergency management mechanism ,to further improve the safety emergency management level, and effectively protected the bridge construction and people5 s lives and property safety.
