桥梁工程施工过程中,梁板预制是直接关系到桥梁工程施工进度和质量问题的核心工序。因此重点对比分析上部结构空心板及T梁预制场地建设方案,总结能够最大程度降低施工成本,进一步提高施工进度的优化方案,并提出了梁板预制质量控制要点,以期能为同行提供技术借鉴。

In the course of bridge construction, beam slab prefabrication is the core process which is directly related to the construction progress and quality of bridge engineering. Therefore, this paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the upper structure of hollow plate and T beam prefabricated construction scheme, up to the greatest extent to reduce the construction cost, to further improve the optimization of construction schedule, and puts forward the key points of quality control of precast beam plate, in order to provide technical reference counterparts.
