摘要
Hampson型微型节流制冷器被广泛的应用在红外探测器和电子元器件等的冷却上。通过分别阐述了Hampson型微型节流制冷器的稳态特性和瞬态特性的研究进展,指出各文献在研究汉普逊型节流制冷器时没有考虑到的一些影响因素:流体热物性随温度的变化、周围环境的热交换(漏热)、沿壁的轴向导热和流体的流动不均匀性,以及在对其进行研究时是否需要考虑这些因素。提出了Hampson型节流制冷器模型更加准确而应采取的一些措施。
The Hampson-type miniature Joule-Thomson cryocooler is widely used in IR detectors and electroific cool-ing. The research progress of steady-state and transient characteristics of the Hampson-type miniature J-T cryocooler is ex- pomlcled respectively It is pointed out in tiffs paper that some effects buve not been taken into account in the research of Hampson-type miniature Joule-Thomson ciNocooler, they include : cbuilges in fluid properties, heat exchange with the sur- rounding (heat leakage ), longitudinal themlal conduction in the wall, and flow maldish-ibution. Besides, tiffs paper also made some suggestions about whether we should consider these effects. Finally, some measures to make the Hampson-type miniature Joule-Thomson ciNocooler model more accurate were put forward.
