基于“行知书院”视角下的学生公寓管理模式初探

Management Mode of Student Apartment from the Perspective of “Xingzhi Academy”

书院制是针对传统高等教育的弊端而提出的新型学生公寓管理模式,国内外部分高校对书院制已进行很多探索和实施。宁波工程学院杭州湾校区结合自身特点探索"行知书院"学生公寓管理模式,推进理念创新、体制优化和设施完善,使学生管理更细致,学生工作更高效;该管理模式以学生自治组织为核心,在书院中开展学生文化活动和实施思政教育,提升书院服务功能,完善书院育人体系,推进书院学生自治管理,实现在校本科生专业互补、个性拓展的均衡教育目标。

The academy system is a new model of student apartment management in response to the disadvantages of traditional higher education and some universities at home and abroad have already explored such system. The Hangzhou Bay Campus of Ningbo University of Technology, in the light of its own characteristics, established Xinzhi Academy and began looking at the new student apartment management mode so as to be more innovative in the conception, more optimal in the system, more complete in the facilities and more subtle and effective in the student management. This mode, typical of students＇ autonomous organizations, endeavors to organize students＇ cultural activities and conduct the ideological and political education in the academy,emphasize the academy service function, perfect the cultivation system, promote the autonomous management and achieve the objective of complementing specialties and expanding personalities on the part of the students.
