摘要
"块石护面"结构在海堤工程的坡面防护中应用广泛.浙江省沿海海堤工程由于波浪环境的恶劣性,在台风经常使沿海海堤"大块石护面"受损.同时"块石护面"对块石尺寸大小要求较高,对一些石料缺乏或石料单重无法满足设计要求的地区来说,通过先理砌大块石后进行混凝土灌缝较宜.据此以温州瓯飞围垦工程为例,对理砌灌缝的施工工艺、操作要点、质量保证措施等方面进行了阐述分析,证并通过工效证明大块石理砌灌缝在浙江沿海可以应用.
As the most ecological and common slope protection structure in the sea dike engineering,the"armor stone"in the sea dike engineering in Zhejiang Province was damaged almost every year in the typhoon period due to the bad wave environment. At the same time,the application of"armor stone"asks for big stones,some places with less stones or unqualified stones can not meet the requirements of engineering design. Therefore,stone grouting concrete is a good solution for concrete masonry block stone. Based on the case of Oufei Reclamation Project in Wenzhou,the constructing technology,operating points and quality assurance measures are also discussed and summarized in this article. It proves that large stone masonry pouring can be used successfully and is worthy promotion in the coastal areas of Zhejiang.
