分析取料机、装船机及沿线皮带机下料漏斗的结构特点,对装船线各大机中心漏斗及转接下料漏斗、振动器的构造和安装形式进行改造,解决了装船线取料机、装船机及皮带机转接漏斗的堵塞问题,提高了装船效率,降低了人员劳动强度。

Structural features of the blanking funnels in reclaimer,ship loader and belt conveyor are analyzed. The constructions and installing for^ns of the center funnel, the transfer blocking funnel and the vibrator are reconstructed to solve the congestion problems of transfer funnels in reclaimer,ship loader and belt conveyor,which improves the ship effi-ciency and reduces the labor intensity.
