摘要
目的:探寻减少乳腺癌术后引流量的方法,评价"皮瓣种豆联合皮下放置中人氟安"法对减少乳腺癌术后引流量的作用。方法:回顾我院乳腺癌患者术后行"皮瓣种豆联合皮下放置中人氟安"53例(实验组),记录每日引流量、带管时间及拔管后是否存在皮瓣坏死、皮下积液,与前期60例乳腺癌术后单纯行皮肤全层缝合(对照组)的引流量、带管时间、皮瓣坏死、皮下积液率进行比较[两组临床分期、手术方式、手术切口方向、年龄、身体质量指数(BMI)、合并症等方面差异无显著性(P>0.05),具有可比性)],统计学分析二者有无统计学差异。结果:实验组引流量、带管时间均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);皮瓣坏死和/或皮下积液发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌术后采用"皮瓣种豆联合皮下放置中人氟安"法有助于减少术后引流量,具有促进皮瓣愈合、预防皮下积液发生、提高患者术后生活质量、为进一步治疗争取时间等优势,值得临床推广。
Objective:To find a way to reduce the postoperative drainage volume of breast cancer,and evaluate the effect of "flap type beans combined with subcutaneous placement of human fluorine security" method in reducing the postoperative drainage volume of breast cancer.Methods:There were 53 patients(experimental group) undergone human bean combined with subcutaneous injecton of human fluorine,and daily drainage volume,intubation time and extubation existence of flap necrosis were recorded.Compared with 60 cases with early breast cancer treated with full-thickness skin suture(control group) including the drainage volume,tube time,flap necrosis rate(two groups of clinical stage,surgical approach,surgical incision direction,age,body mass index(BMI) had no significant differences(P〉0.05).Results:The drainage volume and tube time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of skin flap necrosis and/or subcutaneous effusion(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative breast cancer with flap beans subcutaneously placed combined sinofuan method helps to reduce postoperative drainage,can promote skin healing,prevention of subcutaneous hydrops occurred,improve the quality of life of patients for further treatment,time and other advantages,is worthy of promotion.
