中国人群ALDH2(E487K)基因多态性与肝细胞肝癌易感相关性研究的Meta分析

Relationship between ALDH2( E487K) polymorphism and hepatocellular carcinoma susceptibility in Chinese population: A Meta-analysis

目的:通过Meta分析系统评价中国人群中乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)基因多态性和肝细胞肝癌(HCC)易感性的相关性。方法:检索PubM ed、EMBASE和CNKI等中、英文数据库中发表的关于中国人群ALDH2基因多态性和HCC易感性的关系。对文献进行质量评价、筛选和提取相关病例对照研究资料,应用R软件(R-3.2.0)进行Meta分析,计算合并OR和95%CI。结果:共纳入7篇文献进行研究,累计病例组1 053例,对照组1 172例。分析结果显示在等位基因模型下,ALDH2(E487K)基因多态性与HCC易感性具有相关性(OR=0.86,95%CI=0.75～0.99)。结论:本次Meta分析结果提示,在中国人群中,ALDH2(E487K)基因多态性与HCC易感性具有一定相关性。

Objective：To study the relationship between aldehyde dehydrogenase 2（ALDH2）with the susceptibility of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）in Chinese population.Methods：Published literatures from PubMed,Embase and CNKI databases were retrieved.Pooled odds ratio（OR）with 95% confidence interval（CI）was calculated using fixed- or random-effects model according to the heterogeneity.Results：Seven studies including 1 053 HCC casesand 1 172 controls were included in this meta-analysis.The association between ALDH2（E487K）polymorphism and HCC susceptibility was found under allele model（OR=0.86,95% CI=0.75～0.99）.Conclusion：Our analysis showed that ALDH2（E487K）polymorphism was marginally associated with HCC susceptibility.
