摘要
针对水煤浆气化炉出现托砖板温度升高的现象,综合各项工艺指标,分析发现是下降管和上升管之间环隙堵塞造成的。通过操作优化,效果显著,各项指标均在控制范围内,保证了系统长周期稳定运行和效益的最大化。
The analysis on temperature rise on coal water slurry gasifier brick holder and other processparameters showed that the temperature rise was caused by the block of annular space between down comer andriser. By optimizing the operation, every index came within the control range, which guarantees the long term andsteady operation of the system, and the maximized economic benefit.
