摘要
以145t/h煤粉锅炉为例,分析归纳SCR脱硝系统氨逃逸浓度的主要影响因素,通过对SCR反应器入口氮氧化物浓度、锅炉燃尽风、锅炉负荷、氨水喷枪、氨支管流量等方面进行优化控制,降低锅炉烟气中氨逃逸浓度,实现锅炉长周期稳定运行。
Factors that impact on escaped ammonia concentration of SCR denitration system were studiedby taking a 145 t/h powder coal boiler as an example. The concentration was reduced by controlling andoptimizing the concentration of nitrogen oxide at the inlet of SCR reactor, boiler over fire air, boiler load,ammonia sprayer, and the flow of ammonia branch.
