摘要
以二甲基环硅氧烷(DMC)为原料、四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和烷基糖苷为乳化剂、甘油为助乳化剂、六甲基二硅氧烷为封端剂,通过阴离子型乳液聚合法制备羟基乳化硅油。研究了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素对乳液聚合及羟基乳化硅油稳定性的影响。结果表明:催化剂四羟基氢氧化铵用量为DMC的8‰、反应时间为8 h、反应温度为70℃时,羟基硅油乳液的产率最高、稳定性最好。
The emulsified hydroxyl silicone oil was synthesized by one step method using dimethylcyclosiloxane(DMC) as raw material,tetramethylammonium hydroxide as catalyst,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) and alkyl glycoside as emulsifiers,glycerol as co-emulsifier. Three factors influencing the emulsification reaction and the properties of emulsified hydroxyl silicone oil were investigated: reaction time,temperature,the amount of catalyst. Results show that the following conditions give a maximum yield and best stability of the emulsified hydroxyl silicone oil: mass ratio of tetramethylammonium hydroxide to DMC = 8 ‰,reaction temperature = 70 ℃,reaction time = 8 h.
