Integration Development of Modern Agriculture and Agricultural Service Industry in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江是一个农业大省。在社会快速发展背景下,传统农业逐渐朝着现代化发展,与农业服务业之间联系较为密切。现代农业和农业服务业融合发展,有助于为现代农业发展提供充足的动力支持,推动产业结构转型升级,创造更大的经济效益和社会效益。纵观当前黑龙江省服务业发展现状,垦区农业机械化程度和水利灌溉设施推广和发展相对较好,但农业服务科技技术含量低,发展服务业意识不强,农业服务业发展政策扶持力度不够,农业服务业对现代农业生产保障力度不够。因此,应该加强农业生产技术服务、构建现代生产体系;建立完善的农产品市场流通服务体系;推进农业结构调整,转变农业发展方式;建立农业信息化服务体系;开发和利用特色区域资源。

Heilongjiang is a large agricultural province. Under the background of rapid social development, traditional agriculture isgradually moving towards modernization and is closely related to agricultural service industry. Integration development of modernagriculture and agricultural service industry helps to provide sufficient power support for the development of modern agriculture, promotethe transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and create greater economic benefits and social benefits. Throughout the currentsituation of service industry in Heilongjiang Province, the degree of mechanization of agriculture and water conservancy irrigation facilitiespopularization and development is relatively good in reclamation area. However, the agricultural service industry is low science andtechnology content, weak consciousness, insufficient policy support, and lack of production security for the modern agriculture. Therefore,the government should strengthen agricultural production technology service and construct modern production system, establisha perfectmarket circulation service system for agricultural products, promote the adjustment of agricultural structure and transform the mode ofagricultural development, build the agricultural information service system, and develop and utilize characteristic regional resources.
