磨煤机用高压三相异步电动机防爆技术改造

摘要 重点论述了一台普通高压三相异步电机通过外壳结构、冷却器与机座之间密封、端盖与机座之间密封、电机轴贯通处密封、接线盒及电缆引入装置、通风系统的技术改造,使其达到粉尘防爆电机的要求,提高了电机防护等级的改造措施。 This paper emphatically describes the technical improvements of a common high-voltage three-phase induction motor in aspects of enclosure structure,ventilation system,sealing between cooler and stator frame,sealing between endshield and stator frame,sealing at shaft gland and sealing between cable entry and terminal box. The motor is reformed to meet requirements of dust explosion-proof motor,thus the protection degree of the motor is improved by these measures.
