摘要
某核电站是国内首家采用百万千瓦级的三轴承设计结构的反应堆冷却剂泵(简称主泵)的核电站,而作为整体泵组结构的重要组成部分,该主泵电机的研发、设计与制造首次完全实现了国产化。通过介绍主泵电机的主要设计结构,重点阐述电机试验过程中存在的振动问题,并对此进行分析与解决,以达到提高主泵电机的采购质量,并提供一定的工程参考经验。
A nuclear power plant is the first domestic plant adopting millions kilowattclass reactor coolant pump( main pump for short) with three-bearing design structure. Moreover,as important part of the whole pump unit,the main pump has firstly realized its full localization in aspects of researching,developing,designing and manufacturing. Through introducing major design structure of the main pump motor,this paper emphatically describes the vibration problems existing in the process of motor test. The problems are analyzed and solved to improve the purchasing quality of main pump motor and provide some reference experience in engineering.
