田间作业机具综合性能测试系统设计

摘要 本文设计了一种山地田间作业机具综合测试系统。该系统采用"嵌入式PC+PAC控制器"的控制结构,数据采集及处理由PAC控制器直接完成,极大提高了数据采集的实时性。处理后的试验结果通过通讯端口直接显示在嵌入式PC上,用户可以直接查看试验结果,并将其保存到外置存储设备中。该系统可用于研究分析农机具在不同作业工况下的作业性能与拖拉机能耗之间的关系。 This paper designed a comprehensive test system for mountain field work tools.The system adopted the control structure of embeddedPC+PAC controller.The data acquisition and processing were directly completed by the PAC controller,which greatly improved the real-time perform-ance of data acquisition.The processed test results were directly displayed on the embedded PC through the communication port,users could directlyview the test results and save them to an external storage device.The system can be used to study and analyze the relationship between the performanceof agricultural machinery and the tractor忆s energy consumption under different operating conditions.
