摘要 塑料介质过滤器,相较于传统砂石介质过滤器,采用轻型滤料介质。试验采用塑料和石英砂2种滤料进行对比试验,研究在滤料不同的情况下过滤器水头损失的情况。回归拟合的结果表明,采用塑料介质时的水头损失要小于传统的石英砂过滤器,说明塑料介质过滤器可以有效延长反冲洗的周期,从而降低过滤器的维护费用,减轻农民负担,促进新疆节能减排的发展,具有良好的发展前景。 Compared with traditional sand media filter,plastic media filters use light filter media.This test used plastic and quartz sand as twotypes of filter materials for comparative tests to study the head loss of filter under different conditions.The results of the regression fitting showed that,when using plastic media the head loss was smaller than using the traditional quartz sand filter,indicating that the plastic media filter could effectivelyprolong the cycle of backwashing,which could reduce the maintenance cost of the filter,reduce the burden on farmers and promote the development ofenergy-saving and emission-reduction in Xinjiang,and had a good development prospect.
