领导力视域下的民族院校大学生骨干培育机制研究

On Cultivation Mechanism of the Undergraduate Backbones in Institutes of Nationalities from the Perspective of Leadership

民族院校大学生骨干群体领导力的培育对民族团结与发展意义重大,但当前仍存在培育保障制度不完善,各单位间缺乏联动性;领导力定位不准,价值导向存在偏差;领导力培育内容简单,培养形式较为刻板;评价体系不健全,缺少跟踪培育长效机制等系列问题。研究建议加强重视与统筹规划,多方合作共育学生骨干领导力;重视思想政治和民族团结教育,端正学生骨干领导价值观;完善内容体系,拓宽实践平台,创新领导力培育模式;建立后续培养和评估反馈机制,推进领导力培育长效发展。

The cultivation of students＇ leadership in university of nationalities plays an important role in national unity and de-velopment. A series of problems show that cultivation safeguard system is imperfect and cooperation between schools is quite rare, leadership positioning and value guidance are incorrect, contents of leadership cultivation are oversimplified and cultivation form is in-flexible, evaluation system is not sound and long-term follow-up cultivation mechanism is absent. This study indicates that more at-tention and overall planning from schools and university should be paid to student leadership cultivation, education of ideological pol-itics and national unity should be highlighted, contents and system should be improved, practice platform should be expanded, leader-ship cultivation mode should be upgraded, and follow-up cultivation and evaluation and feedback mechanism should be constructed so as to push the development of long-term leadership cultivation.
