湖南省初中起点本科层次公费定向师范生政策认知调查 被引量:1

摘要 为完善湖南省初中起点本科层次公费定向师范生政策,实现政策目标,本研究对衡阳师范学院2015年进校的第一批公费定向师范生进行了政策认知调查与访谈。结果表明:学生的报考动因十分复杂;对政策的了解不够全面,理解不够深刻;对政策的满意度和期望较多考虑自身的权利,较少考虑应尽的义务。建议:相关单位应加强对政策的宣讲;关注报考动因,注重对学生从教意识和职业信念的培养;切实提高农村教师的待遇与地位;完善免费师范生政策的相关细节;培养学校应改善培养条件,优化课程设置。 This study makes a survey of policy awareness of the first batch of tuition-free oriented normal undergraduates admit-ted into Hengyang Normal College from junior high school graduates in 2015. The results of the study demonstrate: 1. the motivation of students to sign up for this program was complex; 2. the students do not have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the relevant policies; 3. they think more about their own rights than their obligations. Suggestions are as follows: 1. publicizing and popu-larizing relevant policies; 2. promoting students' right motivation, teaching awareness as well as professional conviction; 3. improving the pay and status of teachers in rural areas; 4. perfecting some details of the relevant policies; 5. improving teaching conditions and optimizing the curriculum.
