基于校本培训的高校ESP师资培养模式研究

随着高校的英语教育规模和质量的不断发展,ESP教学在如今的高校英语教学中已经愈发重要,在由通用英语(EGP)向专门用途英语(ESP)的转型过程中,教师的素质逐渐成为影响整个转型过程的重要因素,本文通过对目前ESP教师教育状况的研究,探析ESP教师教育培训的重要性和必要性,据此完善高校ESP课程教师体系,构建基于校本培训的高校ESP师资培养模式、使得教师认清自我学习和发展道路,最终实现EGP教师及专业向ESP教师的全面转型。

With the continuous development of the scale and quality of College English education, ESP has become increasingly important in College English teaching nowadays. During the transformation process from English for General Purposes （EGP） into Eng-lish for Specific Purposes （ESP）, the quality of teachers has become an important factor affecting the entire transformation process. Through analyzing the education status and the training necessity of ESP teachers, ESP teaching system and the school-based training mode are constructed, making the teachers clearly understand the importance of self-learning so as to achieve the goal of comprehen-sive transformation from EGP teachers to ESP teachers.
