项目教学法在高职管理学课程中的应用研究

高职管理学课程强调理论与实践相结合,培养学生运用所学解决实际管理问题。项目教学法通过实施一个完整的教学项目完成教学活动,是一种以学生为主体、教师为指导的开放式学习过程,满足高职管理学课程的需求。基于应用项目教学法的必要性分析,围绕项目小组组建、项目设计、项目实施、项目评价四个要点分析了应用思路,并提出了重视课程团队建设、激发学生自主学习能力、做好课程实施保障等建议。

The higher vocational management courses emphasize the combination of theory and practice, training students to use their knowledge to solve practical management problems. The project teaching method is to complete a project, and it is a student- centered and teacher-led open learning process which can meet the needs of higher vocational management courses. Based on the necessary analysis of applied project teaching method, the applied thinking is analyzed according to team establishment, project de-sign, project implementation and project evaluation and some suggestions are put forward, including attaching importance to team es-tablishment for courses, inspiring students＇ enthusiasm for study and making courses implementation service.
