以校企合作促进高职学生顶岗实习初探——以山东某高校为例

工学结合是高等职业教育的本质特色,而顶岗实习是实现工学结合的基本方式,在顶岗实习过程中创新人才培养模式是高等职业教育研究的主要课题之一,但校内能够为高职学生提供的实习实训条件有限,这就体现了通过校企合作培养高素质高技能型专门人才的重要性。构建校企深度合作,产教对接,合作双赢,共同发展是建立高职教育理论与实践相结合长效机制的重要抓手。文章将针对以校企合作促进高职学生顶岗实习模式的实践过程中出现的一些突出问题进行阐述和研究,就通过构建校企深层合作的长效机制,为高等职业教育的长远健康发展提出对策和建议。

The combination of work and study is the essential characteristic of higher vocational education. The post practice is the basic way to achieve the combination. In the process of internship, innovating talent training mode is one of the main topics in the research of higher vocational education, but the practical training conditions are limited, which reflects the importance of cultivat-ing high-quality and highly-skilled talents through cooperation between schools and enterprises. The construction of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, the connection between production and education, the win-win cooperation, and the common devel-opment are the key to build a long-term mechanism that combines the theory and practice of higher vocational education. This article elaborates and studies some problems in the practical process of college students＇ cooperation in promoting the practice mode of high-er vocational students and proposes solutions and suggestions for the long-term healthy development of higher vocational education by constructing a long-term mechanism of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.
