电针结合穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征对E2、LH、FSH水平及疗效的影响分析

Analysis of effect of electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding on levels of E2, LH, FSH and treatment efficacy in patients with peri-menopausal syndrome

目的探讨电针结合穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征对E2、LH、FSH水平及疗效的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月间我院收治的60例围绝经期综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。研究组采用电针结合穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用电针治疗。观察并比较两组患者的E2、LH、FSH水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的E2水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的LH、FSH水平均低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组的总有效率为83.33%(25/30),对照组为56.67%(17/30),研究组高于对照组(χ~2=5.0794,P<0.05)。结论电针结合穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征可提高患者的E2水平,并降低LH、FSH水平,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy on the levels of E2, LH and FSH and the curative effect in patients with peri-menopausal syndrome. Methods 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who were admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding and the control group was only treated with electro-acupuncture. The levels of E2, LH and FSH in both groups and their clinical effects were observed and compared. Results After treatment, E2 levels in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）, and were higher in the experimental group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;LH and FSH levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）, and were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group. The total effective rate was 83.33%（25/30） in the experimental group and 56.67%（17/30） in the control group, which was higher in the experimental group than in the control group（χ^2=5.0794, P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding can improve E2 level and reduce LH and FSH levels in patients with perimenopausal syndrome. The clinical efficacy is significant and it is worth popularizing and applying.
