主要介绍了发动机起动时润滑不良给发动机带来的危害,发动机起动时的磨损机理以及解决发动机起动时各零部件磨损的思路和方法,并结合解决某发动机起动时异响的实际问题,借用传统发动机解决起动润滑不良的一些方法及单向阀的设计思路,对新型增压直喷发动机起动时润滑不良的问题提出解决建议,并对试验验证方案情况进行总结。

This article mainly introduces the bad effects due to lack of lubrication, also the wearing mechanism and the solution of solving wearing while engine starting. Based on the actual problem of abnormal noise, the insufficient lubrication of the turbo engine is solved while engine starting by applying one-way valve and the traditional way, the experiment verification is also summarized.
