摘要 汽车热平衡是汽车热管理的重要内容,也是汽车重要的性能开发项目。如果热平衡不理想,冷却液温度得不到稳定,一直上升,从而触发发动机的热保护而限扭,或者即便稳定,但发动机的冷却液不是处于良好的工作温度,从而导致发动机的油耗和排放不佳。从汽车热平衡的根源出发,在对发动机的热平衡充分调查的基础上,通过水路和气路两个路径来分析和解决热平衡问题,达到了预期的目标,并通过了台架的气蚀试验和可靠性试验。 Heat balance of an automobile is an important part of automobile heat management, and is also an important performance development project for automobiles. If the heat balance is not ideal, the temperature of coolant can5 t be stable and will rise all the time, thus starting the thermal protection of the engine and Limiting the torque. Or even the coolant temperature is able to be stable, the engine fuel and emissions are not good for unsuitable coolant temperature. Starting from the source of heat balance, based on the full investigation of engine heat balance, the problem of thermal equilibrium is analyzed and solved through the water way and air way. The desired goal is achieved, and cavitation and reliability tests are passed on engine benches.
