摘要
众所周知,往复式内燃机如果减小曲柄连杆机构的质量、降低活塞和缸壁的摩擦力,可使内燃机减少能量损耗、提高效率。文章经过论述,使用一种曲轴齿轮和活塞齿轮内啮合,结合半月型滑块驱动活塞往复运动的无连杆活塞往复运动机构,可以达到这两个目的。并经过论述证明此机构从理论上是可行的,可以通过实践中使用,在部分范围内取代曲柄连杆机构。
As is known to all, if the quality of the reciprocating internal combustion engine crank connecting-rod mechanism isreduced, and the friction of piston and cylinder wall is lowered, the internal combustion engine will be reduced energy loss and improved efficiency. This article, through the use of a crankshaft gear and piston gear meshing, combined with the half-moon slider driven piston reciprocating motion without connecting-rod piston reciprocating motion mechanism, can achieve two purposes. And this mechanism is proved feasible in theory. It can be used in practice, and replaces the crank connecting-rod mechanism in partial scope.
