中央公园地下空间的利用浅析

Analysis on Utilization of Underground Space in Central Park

中央公园对于城市的空气净化以及城市微气候的改善有着深远的意义,但是在城市中心其占用土地的成本很高。目前地下空间的开发建设技术已经非常完善,如果可以充分利用中央公园的地下空间发展商业,将会使土地资源得到更加高效的利用,带来社会效益与经济效益最大化。该文分析了中央公园及地下空间各自的发展趋势,列举了目前已有的对公园绿地地下空间使用的案例,并提出了中央公园地下空间三项利用策略。

Central Park has a profound significance for urban air purification and urban microclimate improvement ,but it has a high cost in land occupa-tion at the urban center. At present, the development and construction technology of underground space has been significantly enhanced. If the under-ground space of Central Park can be fully utilized for commerce development, the land resources can be used in a more efficient manner and the social and economic benefits will be maximized. This paper analyzes the development trends of the Central Park and the underground space, lists the existing underground space utilization cases of parks＇ green space, and proposes three strategies for Central Park underground space utilization.
