五倍子联合黄芩提取物复合液对牙周膜细胞增殖和周期的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Compound Liquid of Rhus Chinensis and Scutellaria Baicalensis Extract on Proliferation and Cycle of Periodontal Ligament Cells

摘要 目的观察五倍子联合黄芩提取物复合液防治牙周病的效果及对牙周膜细胞(PDLC)增殖和周期的影响。方法选取医院口腔门诊2015年5月至2016年7月收治的因正畸需要拔除的无龋、无牙周病的青少年患者32例,采用细胞培养技术体外培养人体PDLC,根据细胞生长情况,并按加入药物的不同分为黄芩提取液组(LPS组)、五倍子组和复合液组(LPS+五倍子组)。采用四氮唑蓝(MTT)法观察3组细胞增殖情况,采用考马斯亮蓝染色法测定细胞总蛋白含量,采用碱性磷酸酶法检测3组细胞的活性。结果复合液组细胞3,6,12,24 h增殖数、细胞总蛋白含量、细胞周期,均大于LPS组与五倍子组(P<0.05)。结论五倍子联合黄芩提取物复合液对PDLC有保护作用,能促进蛋白质合成,并进一步增加细胞增殖及细胞活性。 Objective To observe the eft)ct of compound liquid of Rhus chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis extract on the proliferationand cycle of periodontal ligamem cells(PDLCs). Methods Totally 32 adolescent patients without caries and periodontitis needed to ex-tract teeth due to orthodontics admitted to the outpatient service in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were selected. Cell cul-ture technolog3; was used to culture human PDLCs in vitro. According to the growth of cells and dirt)rent drugs,the cells were dividedinto Scutellaria baicalensis extract group(group LPS), Rhus chinensis group(group RC) and compound liquid group(group LPS +RC).MTT method was used to obsmve the cell proliferation of the 3 groups. Coomassie brilliant blue staining method was used to measuretotal protein content. Alkaline phosphatase method was used to detecte the cells activity of the 3 groups. Results The number of prolif-eration,total protein content and cell cycle of cells at 3,6,12,24 h in the compound liquid group were more than those in group LPSand group tlC(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The compound liquid of Rhus chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis extract has protective eft)cton PDLCs,which can promote protein synthesis and further increase cell proliferation and cell activity.
