骨刺片高效薄层色谱法鉴别方法研究

Study on Identification Methods of Guci Tablets by High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography

目的建立骨刺片的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用高效硅胶薄层色谱结合一板多测技术建立骨刺片中桂枝、威灵仙、延胡索和骨碎补4味药材的鉴别方法。结果薄层色谱分离度好,鉴别斑点清晰,特征斑点专属性强,阴性对照无干扰,可有效甄别样品质量优劣,揭示制剂质量隐患。结论该方法结果准确、操作简便,可用于骨刺片的质量控制。

Objective To establish the thin layer chromatograpby（TLC） identification method of Guci Tablets. Methods The identifica- tion methods for Cinnamomi Ramulus, Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma, Drynariae Rhizoma and Corydalis Rhizoma were established by high performance thin layer chromatography（HPTLC） combined with multi-identification on one plate technique. Results The TLC bands were separated well,the identification spots were clear,the characteristic spots had strong specificity with no interference from the nega- tive samples,which could effectively distinguish the quality of the sample and reveal the hidden problem of the quality of the preparation. Conclusion The method is accurate and easy to operate,which can be used for the quality control of Guci Tablets.
