摘要
目的探讨全程优质护理模式对提高急诊科护理质量的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月—2016年9月来我院急诊科就诊的患者400例,分为观察组和对照组,每组200例。4月份~6月份200例对照组患者给予常规护理干预措施;7月份~9月份200例观察组患者实施全程优质护理。采用问卷式调查评分,对比2组患者对护士服务态度、就诊环境及流程、护理过程及护理结果等方面的满意情况。结果观察组患者对护士服务态度满意度(96.0%)明显高于对照组(54.5%);观察组患者对就诊环境和流程满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组综合效果满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急诊患者实施优质护理能够有效提高患者满意度,减少护患纠纷,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the whole course high quality nursing mode on improving thenursing work of emergency department. Methods To select April 2016 to September 2016,a total of 400 patients wereenrolled in the emergency department of our hospital,which was divided into observation group and control group,with200 members per group, In the control group,the routine nursing intervention measures were given to 200 patients fromApril to June. The observation group was given the total quality care of 200 patients in July and September.Thequestionnaire survey was used to compare the satisfaction of the two groups with respect to nurse service attitude,treatment environment and process,nursing process and nursing outcome. Results In the observation group,thesatisfaction of nurses' service attitude (96.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group (54.5%) .Thepatients in the observation group showed a significant improvement in the treatment environment and process satisfaction(P〈0.05), The overall effect satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05) . Conclusion The implementation of quality care in emergency patients can effectively improve patients'satisfaction,reduce the dispute of care,and it is worth promoting the application.
