延续护理干预对改善晚期血吸虫病患者生活质量的效果观察

To observe the effect of nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of patients with advanced schistosomiasis

目的观察延续护理干预对改善晚期血吸虫病患者生活质量的效果。方法选择2016年10月—2017年10月于我院就诊的晚期血吸虫病患者60例,按入院编号随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予延续护理干预,对比2组患者的生活质量与并发症发生情况。结果对照组的生活质量评分明显低于观察组,并发症发生率明显高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对晚期血吸虫病患者采用延续护理干预有助于促进生活质量改善,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the continuation of the nursing intervention to improve the effect of advancedschistosomiasis patients quality of life. Methods In October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital with advancedschistosomiasis,a total of 60 patients,according to the admission number were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in each group. Control group using conventional nursing,the observation group based on the given nursingintervention,compared two groups of the patient＇s quality of life and complications. Results Control the quality of lifescore significantly lower than the observation group; Significantly better than control group complications observation,significant difference statistically significant（P〈0.05） .Conclusion In the care of advanced schistosomiasis,by usingthe continuation of the nursing intervention is helpful to improve and promote the quality of life in patients with lowerincidence of complications,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
