康复护理对小儿重症病毒性脑炎患儿运动功能 生活质量的影响探讨

Investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on motor function and quality of life in children with severe viral encephalitis

目的探讨康复护理对小儿重症病毒性脑炎患儿运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法将我院2016年9月—2017年9月收治的重症病毒性脑炎患儿84例随机分成2组,其中对照组护理方案为常规护理,观察组采取康复护理。比较2组运动功能及生活质量。结果 2组护理前运动功能FMA评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组评分为(70.6±13.2)分,明显高于对照组,且2组护理后FMA评分均高于本组护理前(P<0.05);2组护理前SF-36评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组为(551.6±74.6)分,明显高于对照组,且2组护理后均明显高于本组护理前(P<0.05)。结论对重症病毒性脑炎患儿实施康复护理可有效增强其运动功能并改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective to investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing on motor function and quality of life inchildren with severe viral encephalitis. Methods 84 cases of severe viral encephalitis in our hospital from September 2016to September ~2017 were selected,They were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group,The control groupnursing plan for routine care,The observation group received rehabilitation nursing,motor function and quality of life werecompared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in FMA motor function scores between thetwo groups before nursing（P〉0.05）, After nursing,the score of observation group was （70.6＋13.2）, Significantly higher thanthe control group,and the two groups after nursing FMA scores were higher than before nursing,There was significantdifference between the two groups（P〈0.05） ;There was no significant difference in SF-36 score between the two groupsbefore nursing（P〉0.05）, After nursing,the observation group was （551.6 ＋ 74.6）points, significantly higher than the controlgroup,And the two groups after nursing were significantly higher than before the nursing,there wasa significant difference（P〈0.05） . Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for children with severe viral encephalitis can effectively enhance their motorfunction and improve their quality of life,so it is worthy of promotion.
