基于统计方法的湖南省战略性新兴产业选择与发展策略分析

Strategic Analysis of Selection and Development of Strategies Emerging Industries in Hunan Province Based on Statistical Methods

自经济走向战略转型期以来,战略性新兴产业的规划实施已成为推动经济发展的主要力量。从战略性新兴产业的内涵和特征出发,构建评价指标体系。再通过因子分析从湖南省的细分产业中选出了专用设备制造业、印刷和记录媒介复制业等综合排名前十的产业作为战略性新兴产业。然后基于多元回归分析得到影响湖南省战略性新兴产业发展的主要因素为市场占有率、产业产值贡献率、科研人员投入强度、成本费用利润率和单位产值能耗率。最后针对湖南省战略性新兴产业的发展从自主创新、传统产业的战略新兴化和资源环境三个方面提出了政策建议。

Since the economy towards to the strategic transition period,the strategic planning of the implementation of new industries has become the main force to promote economic development. Based on the connotation and characteristics of strategic emerging industries,the evaluation index system was established.Factor analysis method was used to select the top 10 industries of special equipment manufacturing,printing and recording medium duplication,chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing as the key cultivating industries from the segmentation industry of Hunan province. Then the main factors influencing the development of strategic emerging industries in Hunan are as follows： market share,contribution rate of industrial output,investment intensity of scientific research personnel,profit rate of cost and expense,and energy consumption per unit output value by multivariate regression analysis. Finally,policy recommendations are given by three aspects： independent innovation,traditional industries of strategic emerging,resources and environment.
