摘要
以氢氧化钙、氢氧化铝、碳酸钠和表面改性剂为原料,清洁制备改性水铝钙石。考察了碳酸钠用量、晶化温度和晶化时间对改性水铝钙石基PVC热稳定剂的性能影响。通过转矩流变仪检测发现,碳酸钠与氢氧化铝的较佳摩尔比为1∶4,而非传统工艺采用的1∶2。此外,考察了表面改性剂的种类对改性水铝钙石的性能影响,发现非离子型表面活性剂司班80对水铝钙石的改性效果较好。
Modified hydrocalumite was cleanly synthesized by using calcium hydroxide,aluminum hydroxide,sodium carbonate and surface modifier as raw material. Effects of sodium carbonate dosage,crystallization temperature and crystallization time on the property of modified hydrocalumite as PVC thermal stabilizer were investigated.The molar ratio of sodium carbonate to aluminum hydroxide was usually 1 ∶ 2 in the traditional process.However,it was found that the optimal molar ratio of sodium carbonate to aluminum hydroxide was 1 ∶ 4 detected by torque rheometer.In addition,effect of surface modifier on the thermal stability of modified hydrocalumite was also investigated.The results showed that Spain 80,a nonionic surfactant,has the best effect of surface modification for the synthesis of modified hydrocalumite.
