护理干预对扁桃体术后疼痛缓解与满意度的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Pain Relief and Satisfaction in Patients with Tonsil Operation

目的探讨护理干预对扁桃体术后患者疼痛症状的缓解与满意度的影响。方法:选取2014年5月-2017年5月期间邵阳学院第二附属医院的60例扁桃体手术患者作为观察对象。采用抽签的方法将其随机分为两组,特殊护理组和常规护理组分别为30例。常规护理组术后使用常规护理,特殊护理组在常规护理的基础上,给予针对性护理进行干预。护理后,对比两组患者术后各时间点疼痛症状的缓解情况及家属的护理满意度。结果特殊护理组扁桃体手术后患者各时间点疼痛症状的缓解情况及家属的护理满意度均明显优于常规护理组,P<0.05。结论:采用针对性护理干预护理扁桃体术后患者效果显著,对减轻患者术后痛苦、提高护理质量有良好的积极作用。

Objective This study aims to explore the effect of nursing intervention on pain relief and satisfaction in patients with tonsil operation. Methods Sixty cases with tonsil operation in the second affiliated hospital of Shaoyang University from May 2015 to May 2017 were chosen as object of this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and control group,each group included 30 cases.For observation group,specific nursing interventions were received,while the control group only received routine nursing.The degree of pain relief and satisfaction at different time point in observation group and control group were compared and analyed after postoperative nursing.Results The degree of pain relief and family satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P0. 05）.Conclusion Specific nursing interventions is able to alleviate the postoperative pain of patients with tonsil operation and improve the nursing quality.
