高强度间歇运动对高血压患者Tei指数及BNP的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较高强度间歇运动和中等强度持续运动对高血压患者Tei指数及B型利钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法 36名原发性高血压患者经适应性训练后随机分为两组,分别进行中等强度的持续练习(MCT组)和高强度的间歇练习(HIIT组)16周,试验开始和结束时分别进行动态血压监测,应用组织多普勒测定左心室Tei指数,采用放射免疫法测定血浆中BNP水平。结果经过16周的训练后,两组受试者动态血压中的d SBP、n SBP、d DBP、n DBP及心脏结构指标LAA、LVEDD、IVS、LVPW、LVMI、RWT与训练前相比没有统计学差异(P>0.05),但HIIT组的m SBP、m DBP及Tei指数、血浆BNP显著降低(P<0.05),且HIIT组的效果优于MCT组,两组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论高强度间歇运动可有效地改善高血压患者心肌Tei指数,降低血浆BNP水平,效果明显优于中等强度持续运动。 Purpose To compare the effects of high-intensity interval exercise and medium intensity continuous exercise on Tei index and BNP in hypertensive patients. Methods 36 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups after adaptive training,one of which,MCT group,had been treated with medium intensity continuous aerobic exercise while the other,HIIT group had been trained with comparatively high intensity interval aerobic exercise for 16 weeks. Dynamic blood pressure monitoring was performed at the beginning and the end of the test,the left ventricular Tei index was measured by tissue Doppler,and the level of BNP in plasma was measured by radioimmunoassay.Result Degree of each parameter of DBP in both groups decreased significantly( P〈0. 05),and there was no significant difference in decreasing degree of d SBP、n SBP、d DBP、n DBP and ultrasound cardiac structure indexes of LAA,LVEDD,IVS,LVPW,LVMI,RWT in both groups( P〉0. 05). However,the m SBP,m DBP,Tei index and plasma BNP in Group HIIT were significantly lower( P〈0.05),and the effect of Group HIIT was better than that of Group MCT,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups( P〈0.05). Conclusion High intensity intermittent exercise can effectively improve myocardial Tei index and reduce plasma BNP level of hypertensive patients,which is superior to moderate intensity continuous exercise.
