According to Shi Tie-sheng's own words and focusing on the special psychology caused by physical disability,we can re-analyze the text I and Ditan. By doing that we will discover that it not only expresses such content as"broken in body but firm in spirit"and "return maternal love". More importantly,it contains a deep emotion that hopes to keep immortality but struggling in the soul. With all the essay works of Shi Tie-sheng in the view,we can see that this emotion is an important theme of his prosewriting.
