论民国时期我国图书馆的经营管理思想

民国时期我国图书馆的经营管理思想内容十分丰富,而相关研究则十分欠缺。具体而论,综合类型图书馆的经营管理思想研究,以图书馆经济思想史研究的集大成者——马宗荣及其《现代图书馆经营论》为代表,所论"图书馆委员会"及经费筹措等,全面而翔实。专门类型图书馆的经营管理思想,包括儿童图书馆、乡村图书馆、民众图书馆以及学校图书馆、简易图书馆等。总之,民国时期我国图书馆经营管理思想内容极为丰富,其中的一些见解和做法,可极大地弥补当今图书馆发展之不足,值得借鉴和付诸实施。

During the Republic period of China,library management thought was rich in content,but the re-lated research has been done far less. Specifically, research on the management thought of comprehensive libraries was represented by Ma Zongrong and his works of The Theory o f Modern Library Management, a masterpiece in studying library history of economic thought,in which the theory of ulibrary committee＂ and financing was comprehensive and detailed. The library management thoughts of specialized types include children1 s library, rural library, public library, school library,simple library etc. In short,the library management thought content of the Republic period of China is extremely rich, and some ideas and practices can greatly make up the deficiency of current library development, so it is worth learning and putting into practice.
